Cheating allowed in rose event?

I though a main could not help their alt win a rose event and same for a alt helping their main win rose event! Just happened in server 118 Evils Bane.
Paong helped her alt tilo win rose event! Why not stop them??? this is Maggie server 118 Evils Bane

You need to compile evidence and sent a Ticket to Support staff, no one here can help you. In fact it's against Moderator protocol to assist or allow you to accuse anyone here. They're happy to assist if you have any trouble sending a Ticket, but beware you have limited time to compile your evidence, such as screenshots. Any cheating will be dealt with by Developers, not Forum Moderators.

Hello. As satanael already made the observation any supposedly cheating/alt abuse to gain personal benefits in game is to be dealt via support team by submitting a ticket.
