As far as I can remember, it was first released, as reward for top places, in CS tycoon. Maybe it is gonna be found in some upcoming events, like HoC for example
, at a further date.

For now it is availiable only in CS tycoon top rewards exchange. It may appear in future in other events, but we cant tell when and in which event, as we are not informed about such things.Comment
