how can i get that for free??

you do this by completing the daily requirements, ( which is free to do ), and then when you collect the 200 shards, you will be able to make those wings.

Excuse me but I have a small question, is there any plans to make the extra shards "terminable" by selling or anything?
I have a lot of extra shards from the vents and I'm wondering can we eliminate those?
