as the title asks if i have 2 fashion cores can i get wings for free ?

you can't use fashion core together. they have to be used with a clothes (1 for helm, armor, weapon, 5 for wings)

but ill give a basic explaining, you 3 types of clothing attributes, fashion cores clothing itself (wings included) and good luck charms.
the first one is used to upgrade clothing to another level, (only advisable for low lvl's till 3 in my opinion)
the clothing's use is obvious, but you can also synthesise clothing + clothing.
thats where our last thing comes in , the good luck charms. these charms can only be used for clothing at the same lvl.
these are used to increase the synthesising chances.
it takes 1 core for normal clothing and 5 cores for wings.
for example if you got like 10 pair of wings, what i would do: synthesise them all to 2 then do 2 + 2 with glcs.
