i had a toon that was lvl 39 ive bin playing on for a week now an yesterday i whent to log in an play but my toon wasent there its maken me make a new one but my toons name it ses its taken any one no what happen? did it go to a new server or sumthen can any one help me ?

Sounds to me you've logged in to a different account to the one your level 39 toon is on. Please triple check if you're logging in the correct way, and using the correct email etc. If you normally log in via email/password combination, do so now as well.
