War Embelm Resistances reward bug?

Hi All,
I just upgrade my Eudaemon Resistance to lv10 but can not get reward.
I try relog but still nothing show in collect reward.
Only me or any one too.

I just try again to upgard lv3 now the collect reward for lv3 is show
but for lv10 still not show

Do you have any screenshots by chance? Both Hot Events and Eudaemon Resistance

Thank you for screenshots, I will query this. Just to be sure, you said you refreshed, but did you try clearing cache upon refresh? Did you also try a different browser?
