Daily Cross Server Question

How do you get Cross Server Dungeons to work ? No one on my server knows and we can't get the daily devotion.

You can only run cross server dungeons at certain times of the day. I forget what time server time that is. For my west coast server it's around 2000 - 2100. Just go into hall of heroes, create/join a room, select dungeon, hit match and wait.
