Not sure it happen all server or only my server.
I need to buy some for exchange.

and to proove that its not photoshoped i spent some balens to collect the balen exchange palm box

Well it show ur hot event shop is fine but ur shop missing the Daily Shop Pack x1 (free pack), seem there are other server been effect bugged & item gonna missing etc.

im on kabam and it was same on mine no shop item freebie but the balen 1 was their when i spend balens as u see by my post i spent balens to grab it lol

I was told (a fair bit later) that maintenance would fix this. Please do let us know if that was not the case
