Returning player event gives invalid codes.

I have been doing the returning player event, and two friends of mine have logged in for 10 consecutive days, giving me the rewards from 1,2,5,and 10 days returned. Unfortunately, the 10day pack codes were both invalid, and therefore I have missed out on 2 Lv5 HP Div Souls.
The 1day, 2day, and 5day codes worked fine, but 10day do not.
Is there any fix on these invalid codes? I know my friends only just logged in today, so it would be impossible for someone else to have taken the codes.

Same here return player code do not work. These are new codes never use.

THis is happening to me as well, a friend on the same server has the same problem too. All 3 codes for 10 player returns say invalid, and both of my codes for a return player charging 10k balens are saying invalid as well, I'm in the process of taking screen shots and writing a ticket, hope I will be given the appropriate rewards
