Group Purchase in Hotevent not working

When trying to participate in Balens group event purchase i get the message.

Quote : Cross-server function is locked,cannot participate in Group Purchase.

And i do want to Participate cause i want that demonic Cloud!

Slight feeling that it will be a lost cause since its Friday so developers etc probably having weekend already. Since even Support did not even acknowledged the ticket yet by sending a reply.
