Just wondering how you use them?

Now don't take my word on this but I thought I recall reading that you start using that stuff after it hits lvl 40.

Probably the same way you use normal shiz on a normal eudie. But you go Eudie-Willpower-Enhance to bring up screen to use items for Willpower.

Have willpower and nope, they don't show up.

Level 40 could be a possibility or some higher level

This preceded a question in another thread from July. Hopefully it answers your question.

With the new merged Eudemon you have the ability to upgrade Willpower values to a higher lvl.
Till lvl 40 you can use the normal emblems but after 40 you need to use new items.
