      I'm annoyed they didn't ask you for a screenshot in their reply to you, since they know the devs want screenshots for everything. The reply to your ticket was, they will forward the concern and have the devs review the events. They didn't get the reply from the devs until yesterday, which was that the events are active in the back end. The issue now is proving that the event was not active in the game, and so they want a screenshot, which we can't give them because the event ended.

      I've already told them you don't have a screenshot. I've been informed they will continue to look into it. I'm still waiting for an update regarding the compensation promised to you.

            another thing....i have never missed a single hot event nor have i missed a single login...I am balenors top warrior and i am the Master equstrian on the server by quite a bit. above are screenshots of my stables along with the prescribed recharges i have paid for the spenders i recieved, but you will notice there is no Recharge II event i did not reicve my several level 5,6,7 eudaemon diamonds, several hundred blood of zeus nor the additional bound balens for sed event...it is very simple for them to log my account they can very easily pull my account activity(i know this because it is part of R2's correspondence when doing server merges or major patches to check account activites, hot event participation, rechages etc etc before a character is deleted...therefore it is fully within their capabilities to check my account and resolve this matter

              I believe you. But, the screenshot they want is of the hot events, to show Mount Upgrade is not listed. I thought that since your ticket had been replied to, that they would have already obtained such a screenshot. Now we wait for operations to investigate further.

              The update on your compensation is that it was applied for the 17th, and is still waiting for the devs to send that to you. They will send an urgent reminder to the devs about that. Not sure what the delay is, the devs usually get to those pretty quickly.

                Well whether they fix it or not thank you again for allowing me to prove my case and helping me fight a battle i couldnt fight on my own. Whats the most upsetting is that it has severly effected my server our numbers have dwindled drastically due to this and the fact the R2 out right refused to listen made even more people leave. Again thank you win or lose im a little more satisfied in the fact that someone was willing to hear me out.

                  I've removed the posts with your ticket info. Our forum does get crawled, and it's best to not post email addresses on the forum.

                    Thank you i also just applied to be a mentor lol. i have in fact played since just after wartunes initial release including mobile as well. I think maybe if i were to get something such as that i can be a lot more helpful to the wartune community, ya know more people like you!

                      You will be not pleased to know that the epic spender which provides several eudaemon materials inlcuding mahras which were supposed to be active from the 22nd server time til the 28th server time is not up, there is a different spender up, also a few of the HOT purchases that are supposed to be available in the shop under hot tab for week 4 also are not there....lol this whole things not being there is more and more recurring the more we talk lol

                          Once again, exact event name and the days it runs, as it appears in the guide, is needed.
