I have went to my acct. page to redeem lvl rewards for being such along time player...and can never get them. Sometimes the code is in japanese, chinese, whatever....this last time it was saying
redeem_send_code or something of the sort. If we cant get it....then get rid of the annoyance.

Please send in a ticket with a screenshot and a copy paste of the code, if you are getting one, and a link to the perks page to eliminate confusion between these codes and the normal game codes, and your rewards will be manually sent to you.
