GameRocks Lag/Freezing

gamerocks euro server S26 and its cluster are having game freezing issues in game it all started with the data migration it happens about every 10 mins or so and lasts for 10 to 30 seconds but all game clocks keep running so if your in magic square or speed you just sit there and watch the timers going down meny tickets have been sent in with no action and now we cant send tickets anymore

I have questions. Is it only the S26 group? Has anyone taken video? What is the character your tickets are under?

i cant send tickets the G M button takes me to R2 help and support and it dont show are servers there plus i am not that computer savy to make in game vids im a bit old in the tooth for that but in the last 2 weeks 11 ppl i know have left game because of it and ill be the next i dont get paid to sort problems out in a game devs and R2 do also mentor knows all about it he/she gets a lashing every time they come on

That doesn't answer any of my questions. I do need actual information, regardless of what a mentor knows, if you want me to jump in and try to help put pressure on R2 about it.

GM button is known to not work off platform most of the time. Use the Support button on the banner instead.

where is there no freezing? most parts of game and events are freezing lagging after that data migration after that game went south fast.. they moved to cheaper servers orso?

no point saying any thing think thay want euro servers off the map most ppl have stopped cashing including me so there will be no cash from are servers soon and they will close it but all thay want is a video to show whats happening they wont believe what ppl say we goto do the work they get paid for doing

Without a video that shows how badly the game is freezing for you, there's nothing I can do.

they might get the hint something is wrong when no money coming in from are server cluster most games ive played a GM meaning R2 staff member can make a toon to got on servers and check problems them self but like you said they need us to do all the work for them I cant play this game with this much freezing so im leaving wast of 62 mill BR player

I don't ask for information I don't need. A video would take you a minute to make. That's all I'm asking for. I'll do the rest of the work, the video is the easy part. Maybe you can ask someone else on your server if they would be so kind as to take a video for us, upload it to youtube and send me the link.
