we ave alot of guildies lv80 kh so why dont the quest activate or do we need to add low under lv80 players to guild to even unlock this quest

Which Quest you talking about in Quest Academy?
- Guild Quest - where there Devotions.
- Beginner School - where it say "Get 10 guild members to lv80 this month or Get 5 guild members to their 1st class Advancement this month"East Server: 345 Crystal Plains
