Can this organisation ask the players just what they want or need

I have a suggestion for the people who run this game. CAN THEY ASK THE PLAYERS WHAT THEY NEED OR WOULD LIKE TO SEE. A tank battle once a day is stupid and on the server that I play the game I am unable to attend to get runes because it is at a time of day when I am unable to play. Could they have done them more than once. Now also just what is a tank doing in a game where there is knights, mages and archers ? if I wanted to play warhammer I would.
