Here is my new Formula. so far it is correct for me

BR is just the sum of these 8
Patk
Pdef
Mdef
Crit
Block
Troop
Matk x 1.05 (round down)
HP x 0.2 (round down)

as an example i will post a pic from this thread

28344 + 22647 + 17653 + 710 + 3148 + 2512 + 6848*1.05 + 106068*0.2
28344 + 22647 + 17653 + 710 + 3148 + 2512 + 7190 + 21213 = 103417

edit: for some other info
when i say base, i mean level 1 values with 0 str, endu, armor, charisma
base crit is 100 for archer, 10 for mage/knight
base block is 10
base hp is 90 (+10 every level)
base pdef is 0
base mdef is 0
base matk is 0
base patk is 0
base troop is 0

*level 1 hp is 200, 5endurance x 20 + 90 +10

also i think the BR of sylph is in added now

Way to necro an old thread, but I was curious and checked it out. Penetration and influence are both counted 1 for 1 as BR.

ok, base crit is 100 for archer, 10 for mage/knight

base crit is only 10 (typo?). but else you should be right. but this is before taking passive skills and wings into account. if u are talking about the same wiki page that i saw, then it looked like the author posted the stats of an archer with 20% higher hp and crit, as well as 15% more patk.

*assume level10 values and no skills/wing/any% bonuses
