some times when u want put some message u have limited and need put other message but u cant put other in 30 more seconds please put 20 seconds or 15 seconds 30 is very much x.x

Reasons.
There's a reason R2 decided that the current chat be on cooldown after every information being passed. You see everyday we play the game, we get free bullhorns for world chat. When you exhaust this, you'll need to use either balens or bound balens to buy extras. The thirty(30) second cooldown for current chat is not applicable to all situations. You do not get to witness this in; Guild Chamber, Altar of Enoblement, Guild Battles etc. To me, I think the 30 seconds is a perfet timing for individuals to re-think on actually what they're trying to post. It's just a matter of patience.
