New guild building: gem transmuter

I want to suggest a new building for guilds. It must allow to exchange some useless gems of one class (my archer got 3 MATK in one Catacombs run -_-) for more preferable ones. For example, if player gives 2 gems of any type, he receives 1 gem of random type. If he gives 3 gems - it's possible to choose type of the gem for exchange. The levels of gems must be equal and the max level of exchange is dependent on a level of transmuter.

Mayalasin Wartunes has gotten an update that has a method to change gems you dont want into ones you want.
