Tower Of Kings Experience For Sylphs (Depends On Quality?)

I noticed now that my blue sylph gets experience from TOK. Do all sylphs get experience from TOK or do they need to be a certain quality?
If they need to be a certain quality, what color?

Any sylph as long it's not capped with your level.

whichever sylph you have activated will gain XP from TOK. they changed it to function like most other sources of xp, where your active sylph gains @ same rate as your toon
