I can tell you that won't be this week, baring any unforeseen issues the gem conversion should go live with next week's update.

Be patient, they'll update us on whats going on when things are done, id rather see them spend 3-4 hours implementing new things than 1 and have to shut down servers every few days to fix bugs and code mismatches.
