I wasn't able to locate a thread in which you posted about this issue. I will dig through the forum and see if someone else posted screenshots of this issue.

I'd just like to remind everyone that bugs really do need to be posted in the Bug Report section of the forum. Unless a bug directly relates to an announcement, bugs posted in announcement threads aren't forwarded as they get buried super fast.

I shall add my 5 cents to the off-topics here, and no, I am not sorry
But I see no word about fixing the issue with the socks in the Christmas event, which was already threaded in the Bugs Section

It turned out that all chars on our server were affected by it, and we had a Magister yesterday who was informed and who assured us that s/he was forwarding our concerns. So we all sort of hoped to see our issue listed in today's maintenance. But no...
So, I decided to produce some more noise on it. Hoping that MemoryLane will not be mad with me and will add to the efforts to solve it.

We had the same problem on our server with the christmas treasure chests ours was fixed last MT. Try checking to see if its fixed when the servers come back up if not I would send in a ticket. the ticket i sent they asked if they could go onto my toon to look but by the time they checked it was fixed.

There were two issues with that event. One is that everyone was getting red socks, and there's an exchange for the red socks in the hot events panel. The other issue is that some servers, including your group, had the wrong exchange entirely, and that should have been fixed already. It was confirmed fixed on S5, which is base. Did this fix not carry through to the rest of the servers?

exchanged my socks cuz no way in this game u can get the 1k socks for that mount anyway as i worked it out theirs only 1 mount achievable

Wartune will be having a Maintenance on Thursday, the 29th of Dec. at 3:30 AM EST(0:30 AM PST, 8:30 AM GMT, and 16:30 PM GMT +8) for all servers.

Maintenance is expected to take approximately 1 hour, but could be shorter or longer.

Was this a form post? Because the game has been down now for over 2 hours (which is a little longer than "longer", its actually double?) without any update.
Could we get an idea of when we can expect servers up? TIA

Is it me or have they doubled some of the compensation?

Anyway, i hope that the lag-problem will get sorted at some point because it is getting horrible. The developers might want to put all recources into another platform then flash.

Red blocks indicate servers are shut off for maintenance. Maintenance will always be posted here the News section. I don't know why they changed the standard 2-4 hour time frame in the posts to 1 hour, but generally it's 2-4 hours, unless it's a version patch or a merge.
