Runes are from Mystery Shop.
(excluding the 3 from Tank)

Most times you have to reset shop to get it, or spend more than 20 USD worth of balen and buy it with 2000 points (be warned, the runs you get are random, so you might not get the one you want to get duplicates so you have to pay another 20 USD to buy the Rune again. (repeat until you get the rune you want))

The above is for Rage Rune. yes, 20 USD or more for 1 Rage Rune, good luck.
