  • Wrong Server Purchase

    I recharge 80topaz for my main account in S8, but i forgot that the last time i login is S9, so my account in S9 get 80topaz. I havent touch anything in S9 after purchase so I hope R2games will help me to make this purchase to S8 and remove it S9,
    (dont know why but i can not login that account to R2games forum like this one, it take me back to game website and nothing happen, so i use this account via Facebook here to post the topic).

    Generally, when the wrong character is recharged and currency needs to be transferred to the correct character, the character that receives the currency will be banned, and the currency manually applied to the correct character. Currency must not have been spent. Manual application of currency does not count as a recharge, so will not trigger any recharge events or increase VIP.

    If you are okay with that, you need to send in a ticket to www.r2games.com/support, including the transaction number, the character you meant to recharge on, and your agreement to having the incorrectly recharged character banned to complete the transfer. Please note that there is a holiday at the moment, and your ticket might not be addressed until after April 6th.
