  • How to Convert to a Main Site Login

    Hello players,

    R2 offers a variety of log in methods, including Google+, Facebook, Yahoo, and Live. Sometimes these methods experience issues through the third party that provides them, resulting in not being able to log in.

    R2 also offers a way to convert to a main site login, which replaces the log in through the third party.

    To convert from a third party log in to a main site login when you can log in:
    1. Log in normally at www.r2games.com
    2. Go to www.r2games.com/user
    3. Under Security Center, click Verify next to Email Address
    4. Once email is verified, under Security Center, click Change next to Password
    5. Enter a password in the New Password box, Confirm New Password, leave Old Password empty. Click OK
    6. Log in with the verified email address and the new password. You will no longer use the third party log in
    7. Under Security Center, set Security Questions








    To convert from a third party log in to a main site login when you cannot log in:

    Step 1: Reset the password
    1. Visit www.r2games.com
    2. Click Login
    3. Click Forgot Password?
    4. Enter the email address for your third party log in
    5. Check the email, including the spam folder, for that email account
    6. Follow the instructions in the email
    7. Log in with the email address and password. Make sure to verify the email address on your /user page once logged in.









    Step 2: Send in a ticket for assistance
    1. Visit www.r2games.com/support
    2. Fill in the form, and in the message portion, specify that you want to convert to a main site log in, and include the following information about your account:
    email address
    game, character, server
    receipt from a recent purchase (state none if no purchases)
    country or IP address of account creation
    when account was created (approximate is okay)
    3. Follow instructions in the ticket response
    4. Once told you have been converted, the log in will be the email address and password provided. Make sure to verify the email address and change the password on your /user page once logged in.

    It say 3 days waiting.... And please, I seriously need change of my forum name, its urgent, and I cant figure out how to do it. Ty in advance.

      It says allow up to 3 days, but tickets will start receiving replies within the next 12 hours. Option 1 should be tried first, when possible. Forum name cannot be changed. If you need to use a different name on the forum, you would need to create a new account.

          Hello, can not log in to the game through google account game Mythborn character nickname - b1zya server s61
          I send 2 tickets and it's been more than 36 hours
          I've been playing this game for more than a month and have already invested more than 300 dolars,
          my achievements at cross server battle all are spoiled for your fault, in the end, the game week is just in vain
          i can not collect noble dead (invested 1500 diamonds) because can`t login and many others.
          Will there be compensation for your mistake?

            This hasn't been an issue for 36 hours. The only ticket for this character name was sent less than an hour ago, and only says you can't log in. Please follow the instructions as I have written them for faster assistance.

            There should not be an expectation for compensation due to third party technical errors that R2 cannot foresee or avoid, and that do not impact the entirety of the player base.

              the second ticket was correctly sent after the appearance of the post, the first sent back yesterday by my acquaintances but forgot to indicate the character's name, i follow instruction but nothing happend )

                I did the same thing. Sent one ticket yesterday, and God knows how many tickets today. Since I never verificated my email acc that I linked to my gmail acc, not sure what will happen. I just wish they answer before the reset of a day on server And I already have made acc with the same email back in the day, so help me Lord. Hope they're gonna answer soon. Imma cry

                    just option 2 works 1 dosent works...on this mail i can reset on gmail i cant did a ticket about it in the morning no replay....

                      Patience is key. Sending in multiple tickets will slow this entire process down for everyone. One ticket, and only one ticket, with the requested information in the first post of this thread, should be sent for the account - regardless of how many characters you have on that account. As it is currently almost 3am in China where support resides, I need to remind everyone to please be patient for the morning shift. If you've included all of the information I've told you to include in your ticket, your case will move very quickly, once people are in the office to work through them.

                        Patience is the key. But I play and pay for the services that you provide, and I want to play further. Under the law of consumer rights, you must provide services at the proper level and eliminate problems in the shortest time and on tickets are not answered as I said more than 36 hours. As I wrote earlier, my (bought) daily bonuses are lost and I am sure that tomorrow will be lost too. On other services G + authorization works without problems, so the problem is you and not third-party services.

                            R2 provides a free service. R2 makes no claims that the service will be accessible 100% of the time, and makes a point to say so in the Terms of Service that you agreed to when you created your account.

                            You are not required to be patient, but it is not currently R2's business hours, so you are required to wait. I don't know what your other tickets are about, but the OAuth issue started yesterday, so it's not possible that you have tickets for this issue that are older than a day.

                              I am having this problem also. sent a ticket as in option 2 in last night, still waiting. sent a request as stated in option 1, still waiting. I then tried to login via my MS account. it sends me to a new server. I change servers and I can only select my *new* toon. How can I logon to the correct server under my toon name and not start over?
