I lost my gears, Items in mail box. have ticked 10-15 time no respond. and i'm back !

First of all don't take is offensive. just wanna be informative and convey my message

Some time here are problem in games,but rarely someone help or bother to respond back to ticket.
but if there is some post or thread about abusing or miss words to Moderator or game.The great Game maker shows up and close the thread. why ?
I respect the terms and condition of game and all moderators + Game maker, but please also do respond to ticket and in game problem asap.

Tho we don't have Elite member club to be customer to client service instantly,but at least reply to ticket and reply to the question in forums.

i lost my all 60's gear (1 (weapon) set) and items while i was changing guild, and i filed ticket about 10-15 times , but no respond. ultimately i quit (just visiting the account to see my friends ). (now don't ask for screen shot or ticket no. its been about 9-11 months, but can still provide you the ticket no. )

Typical R2. They make this game a P2W then ignore the non-cashers that are trying to enjoy this game.

I'm pretty sure that since it's 9-11 months, you won't get your stuff back. Hope R2 gets better at this **** though.

yes seems so , i decided to get my stuff back after seeing that..
anyway i want my stuff back all that matters and its sad that no moderator have took interest in helping me.
