So you *have* got the gem packs and *not* the other rewards... Ok, passing along now.

That's exactly what I've said in every ticket and post since the last days rewards were supposed to be received. Kabam USEast64/69 received ONLY the 300 lvl3-5 gems which was noted as 2 of 4 yet was the only reward. Sucks cause I delete everything as soon as I retrieve the items not thinking that I might need it later.

Yes you did But with apparently bits of rewards send out today, it's good to reaffirm what exactly it is people have (not) received. We're not ignoring what you said before, we're wanting to make sure we pass along up to date info

It is not a matter of finding out who got what, who is missing what or who got extra rewards. The ENTIRE [US69 East] server received ONLY the 300 lvl3-5 gem packs and NOTHING else. No daru, no kyanite, no steed card, nothing. That is why I made the analogy earlier this morning about us being compensated for downtime the very next day...it is no different whatsoever. Subtract the 300 lvl3-5 gem packs from the original entire reward and distribute the difference to the entire server. Even a baby can do that. Sending out "bits" to a certain few is only making the problem worse and filling up this thread with unecessary posts regarding problems that could be solved in a matter of minutes. Making mountains out of molehills, so to speak, is just further infuriating those who are still waiting for the remainder of our rewards.
