Sylph Expedition Chest Exchange bug

I exchanged 100 gem shards for 10 expedition boxes yesterday and now can't exchange for anymore. You are supposed to be able to exchange 10 a day but you can only do 10 total.

Just like the last event, it is still bugged. Am I the only one with this issue? This is costing me boxes.

ok so no answer or any fix for this,i send allready 2 tickets first one they needed screen shot i send them screen shot and at second answer they say to me i cant exchange because its 0 LOL

it says in description it require 10 gem shards i got 83 why chest is grayed and all else can be exchanged

i think they are trolling with me and waiting event to pass
