Broken Game

Guild Battle has not been working on US-West servers for Kongregate, Kabam, and Armorgames after the roll back 2 weeks ago.

R2 didn't even know about the issue, till someone contacted R2.
So 5 guild battles worth of rewards and honor lost.

Also if you check the event, balen lode didn't Load, so no event.

R2 needs to pay more attention to fixing bugs than fixing their wallet.

If you keep ignoring other servers, players are quitting.

You owe many players the gems you "took" away last month, and have still yet to figure out how to fix it.

Right, and you put in an announcement moments before doing so. Guess R2's back to their old antics again. Was having a bit of faith as you folks put the announcements more than a day's advance the last few ago.

As I have said in these pages before, even your laptop needs to be rebooted from time to time to preserve its sanity. The longer a computer, any computer, goes without a reboot the slower it becomes. Maintenance means just that - maintaining the system as it is rather than waiting for it to break. If there is any fault here, it is in not calling downtime for upgrades 'upgrade' rather than routine maintenance.
With regard to giving dates for the launch of new versions, the software is very complex, there are many paths through it. 'Testing' meand just that - testing for bugs or worse. How discontented would everyone be if they gave a date and late testing showed a fatal bug which necessitated delay?

I think that sane, logical people would be HAPPY they delayed a launch in order to eliminate a bug like the Treasure Inventory and the Sacred Tree and the myriad of other bugs that have given the cheaters such overwhelming advantage in anything to do with PvP.

As for the rest, they are not worth the pixels required to describe them.

Don't blame R2 they probably got this info really late from 7road and usually these types of maintenance take 4-6 hours, noted that they don't encounter any issues. I can understand why they didn't put in a time cuz people tend to go ballistic when it isn't done within the given time.
