I have updated flash player, cleared cache, tried every browser I have so I have done everything you all always say do.

welcome to hell.... in merged servers you'll experience a lot of sh8 just like us whose server have been merged earlier sa gud luck playing the game with lot of crappiness

Just do what Alkaris said but ticket responses will be delayed due to a Chinese Holiday which lasts until 07/10/2016
