you put them in the slots between the angel and the hero, they increase the buff the angel gives to the hero

Excuse me, quick question. Dealing with the cherubstones do you have to be a certain level to use them like how you have to level up in order to use the forge or do the angels have to be a certain level? I'm trying to figure this out because 2 of my guildmates have come up with cherubstones and we are trying to figure out how to use them.

You need to reach lvl 51 to get "Guardian Angel" option.

I understand the stones thats the easy part but what are the stats on all the angels and which hero do i want to put each angel on? That is what I really need?

it will all make sense when you have opened it, you can see what effect the stats are on the heroes and you can switch the angels around freely so you don't have to worry about putting the wrong angel on a hero.

The angel give equal amount of patk and matk.

Quick question, can cherubstones (as Holy Crystals and gems) be synth? I mean: if i go in the arena shop and buy enough lvl 2 cherub, can i come out with a lvl 3? Since i see that in stash there are packages of 10 on sell, i am having the doubt. Why would i need 10+ cherubstones, if i can't have in my party, 10 heroes?

make sure to save your dragon crests. you'll need a lot if you want to keep upgrading them.
