For the life of me, I cannot begin to understand how this works. Starting I would say, about 6 months ago... Every promotion they run, costs you more and more, and you get less and less. Its become absolutely ludicrous.

•Spend 10,000 Balens on a single purchase to receive: 1,000,000 Gold, Sylph Sepulcrum x50, Skeleton Key x15, Mount Training Whip x25, Firecracker x12

What's the incentive: Spend One Hundred Dollars or more! to get: less gold than you'd get Free in one WB, Sepulcrum to raise One of your slyphs Battle Rating by a whopping 80 points, 15 of the FREE keys, take you a few days to get, number of whips you'd collect Free in one or two days, and Firecrackers worth 100 soul crystals. Anyone just dying to spend a Hundred Dollars to get 2 days worth of FREE Stuff and raise your Sylphs BR by 80 points! Even IF you bought the whips, spend a Hundred Dollars, get $8.75 in additional imaginary stuff.

Would anyone be tempted IF you went shopping and were offered this deal: Buy a new inkjet printer today for $100 and get one third off 1 of the 4 inkjet cartridges you're gonna need.

Spend 5000-9999 and receive 3 keys, 3 whips, 2 event cards, 5 speculrum, and 150k gold.
Spend 10000-999999 and receive 7 keys, 5 whips, 5 event cards, 10 speculrum and 300k gold.

This isn't a gambling game even though at times it seems like it. They can nerf the succes rate the mount drops to even .1%. Even if you file charges against it, they can use that .1% as proof it can still drop.
Yes you can pay for most things at 100% success rate.
