I recharge twice @4.99usd to get vip1 on 26 March 2017
The problem is i HAVENT BOUGHT ANYTHING using crystal from store, but WHY my crystal balance drop/depleted rapidly??.....
Pls check and i demand a refund

I only notice it when trying to buy a costume,coz i think i should have more than 1k crystal (from 2 recharge) but only 80crystal left.
Im very surprise i got more than 2k consumer point but havent bought anything.

I figure something, Horoscope reset cost 15 crystal . should have some warning tho, but i dont think im using it 10x to used all my crystal...should have something amiss.

If you hover your cursor over the 'Reset' button, it does display a notice that says, "Resetting your Horoscope will consume 15 Crystal".

as far as i concern, my so called Consumer Point will al so deleted after this maintenance over....so i got nothing.

just have a little faith. they will fix it same think happen to me.

You would have needed to spend the consumer points before the event ended at midnight.

Please have patience while they get to your ticket in queue. If you do not hear back on that withing a couple days, let us know and we will forward that for you.

I did sent a ticket....but seriously i dont know where does my crystal spent on....

Usually this happens when you've checked an auto buy box somewhere, such as when upgrading wings or mounts, or when checking an Auto-use/buy option in the AFK panel and running out of resources on hand. Double check your check boxes. The clickable field for these boxes is quite large, and it's very easy to accidentally have a box checked. If you're positive you didn't have anything checked that would have spent your crystals for you, please send in a ticket so support can check your logs and see what you spent the crystals on.
