Current Log-In Issue for 8/4/13

We are currently aware of the technical difficulties that is going on.
As we are investigating the issue and attempting to find the solution, we require everybody to be patient until it is fixed.
Once we have found out what the issue is, we will start working on finding a resolution to the issue, be it on our end, or if with a particular ISP, start working with them to find a resolution.
If you will like to assist us, anyone who is currently affected by the log-in issue, report in this thread for players to be aware of.

same thing. it started when I joined Crystal hunt. other games that uses same flash runs smoothly. My network connection is stable.

Okay from main page, the choosing one of my server.
It gives:
( no Character screen just this error. no loading too)

But Loading S1 S2 S3 is possible. <--it shows my Characters from S1,S2,S3 and could also play in the game.

Friends are online some stuck like me.

still same. then cleared everythiing again and flushed dns. S1-3 working all others error.
