How to get Soul Crystal I

I was wondering do I have to disenchant Orange Equipments to get it?

the only available soul crystals (as what ive seen) is Soul Crystal III (green), IV (blue), V(violet), VI (white)......... Where can we get green Soul xtals??? (i just bought it)

I remember getting them from disenchanting lvl 80+ equips. However the chance is damn low, I have like 30 Soul Crystals III only, while I'm already at 2 stacks of Soul Crystal IV (for rebirth quest xD)

Soul crystals, similar to gems, can be upgraded from 1 grade to a "higher" grade. However, the synthesis options for them aren't released yet, so currently there is no way to obtain Soul Crystal I (not like they have any function at the moment anyway, only the Soul Crystal IV is used for rebirth quest)
