Really Wierd Fraud Detection for buying Crystal

So I was buying some crystals for my character PsYkIk in server Tree of Life. I used my debit card to purchase. I was able to buy the 5 dollar for 500 crystals successfully. However, the problem arrived I tried to buy a 20 dollar one for 2000 crystals. Now I entered my information correctly the first time and I checked my card balance and I had money left. I checked my statement and there was a charge for 5 dollars so I know all the information is correct. I tried purchasing the 20 dollar one and my card was declined. I checked the Help section and it says that First Time Buyers may not be able to purchase alot of crystals. Now what kind of fraud detection is this? My information was all correct. Is this intentional or is this a glitch. If anyone can respond back, it would be appreciated.

No this is to prevent stolen cards being charged purchasing large Crystal purchases. As fraudulent purchases are frustrating to resolve having to refund the crystals purchased and etc depending on the situation. However eventually as time passes by the charge limit on your account will be slowly increased. However if you want to avoid the limit you could purchase Crystals using UGC (Ultimate Gamer Cards).

It should be roughly 12 hours before another purchase will go through.
