I didn't want a screenshot of your inventory lol. I was asking for a screenshot of the ticket, but you got it to work so all good.

Now just be patient and wait for a reply from support.

It was being glitchy saying please fill in the required fields, yet i had everything filled in, but i filed one now. Also i dont think a screen shot of my inv will help anything lol.

First payment pack should have been received when you received the crystals and the regular purchase pack. Double check your inventory, and temp storage if your inventory was full, and if you still don't see it, please file a ticket at http://tickets.r2games.com.
