u can also get when ur mortal =p just ask a scion to finish a quest and give it to u w/o upgrade anything~

wrong you still need to be scion to accept the sperion quest from the sperion master in starglade

You only have to rebirth than use the Rebirth Quest NPC & can get teleported to Tyria Village.

..i got FA quest at lvl 80....

If you dont receive the FA quest you have to wait until the server reset to get your next RB quest(might not be FA quest)

You can only teleport to Floran Everglade through Goddess of Fate if u have the FA quest.If u dont have the quest,then u cant teleport there through Goddess of Fate.

theres different types of RB quests. yours the WorldBoss Armorg thats why yours is teleport to mount nubina.
you need to get WorldBoss Fallen Angel quest lol

You get the FA rebirth quest if you're a scion/eidolon.
The NPC that gives you the Rb quest theres a option for you to teleport there

they got sperion by getting FA quest in goddess of fate in Tyria village.
u can teleport then to floran everglades to start sperion quest.
thats how i got mine.
