So you used an Ultimate Game Card and now you're wondering how to access your remaining points balance.
1. Select your recharge amount like normal using the Playspan payment option. Once on the payment screen, you will need to log in:
2. Enter in your Ultimate Pay email and password (this is the email you enter when inputting your UGC codes):
3. You will be taken to the screen that asks if you want to apply your Ultimate Points. If there is a remaining balance, after confirming the points it will take you back to the payment screen where you can choose another payment option to apply to the purchase:
If it's been a while since you've redeemed Ultimate Points, you will get an error about being unable to log in. This is because Ultimate Pay is forcing you to change your password.
To change your Ultimate Pay password, follow these steps:
1. Go to the link https://site.ultimatepay.com/
2. Click on blue color "Login" option
3. Click on "Forgot Password", on the next page enter your email address and the recaptcha numbers
4. Hit "Continue"
5. You will receive the below message:
Your password has been successfully reset, and an email has been sent to you.
Please read the email to complete the password reset process. Thank you.
6. Create a new password- the password needs to be at least 8 characters long, and have a capital letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol: !@#$%^&*()
7. Now login to your registered email account using the email address "your e-mail" and with your **Registered email account** password
8. You must have received an email from "UltimatePay" as "UltimatePay Auto-Response". The subject of the email should be as "UltimatePay Password Reset"
9. You will receive "Reset Password" hyperlink in that email. Click on "Reset Password"
10. Now you will be redirected to UltimatePay Password reset page. Enter your new password along with the Recaptcha numbers and hit "Continue"
11. The system will prompt you to enter registration information. Please ***Do Not*** enter any details
12. Now use the sign in option located on the top right hand side of the registration page.
13. Enter your UltimatePay email address "your e-mail" and your new password which you have just reset. Also enter the recaptcha words and hit "Login"
14. You should be able to successfully login to your UltimatePay account.
