i dont have alts and cant get on...explain that one genius

im not talking about alts sir, im talking about our toon in other server with same account
i have one single toon in s39 and one single toon in s48 with one account,
before today i always able to log in both simultaneously,
but today as i logged in s39, i cant log in to s48 and got those message instead,
then i realize that today the two servers are merged,
hence my two toons are now recognized as one single toon in merged server, which i can never again log them all at once

I can't log in for some Reason it keeps saying "Failed to enter world, Re-log in" Keep trying but keeps saying that =/

this message is to tell you that you have alerady logged in to world of vidalia, you cant enter same world with same account
crimson groves is now merged with Kraken Beach, mount Nubina, Rinulka Peninsula, Tinosia Delta, and Exenden Realm, so were you have another toons in those server with same account to crimson grove logged in then you will never be able to enter crimson groves, you will only get that message over again unless you logged out other server first
