Combat rouge main skill dosnt work right atleast 50% of the time

Im sure im not the only one who notice the lightscreen skill dosnt active when you need it to or at all
I really think its the main thing holding back combat rogue simply because its so hit and miss and you cant get in or out when you need to
all they need to do is make it more responsive and work 100% of the time when you activate it

also im playing on newgrounds.com im not sure if that makes a difference there the same game right ?
