For 3 days in a row I've been locked out of the event "crypt" as well as guessing game. I can get into avernal and chambers of fate but my screen has frozen and crashes the computer; I've sent a ticket and the problem is still unresolved; I've reset computer, relogged, cleared any cookies and it's still locking me out; is there anything else I can do?
