Magic Tower bug

hello, today on level 18 tower i killed all mobs, claimed the reward clicked close and nothing happened, didnt go on to level 19. Heard from other player that it happened to him also, but he was transported to level 19 after some 2 min while i was waiting for 10 and nothing happened. Can you please check whats wrong there and fix it.

i tryed to do magic tower today and both runs buged 1 on lvl 8 the othere on 9 if u would put the option to go on with the npc that would b nice. i no a lot of ppl have this trouble, and adding the to the npc would solve it ty

Hello guys seems the magic tower bug is back.... and seriously now this is ridiculos how many times its happening to me lately today first:

1. I didnt realized i was afk next to the vault yes i was in a party and press Enter tower and guess what? I DID NOT WARPED ME INSIDE
2. I decided to use a magic key and guess what this is what happened >.>






So what now >.> a wasted atempt and a wasted key........


Anione has any kind of magic tower problems lately?

Magic Tower is still bugged, we shouldn't need to turn off AFK, rather they should just enable a continuation to the next floor via the guard

also happened to me lost a darn key since it happened on first floor lmao lucky if u use a skill while thhe chest is up it gets bugged

Also you can off AFK right before the last mob/boss dies. No AFK - no glitch o.o

I have encounter this bug. Best way to test these bug is get to the time they encounter. Sometimes cause by lag.

We can't be sure of when it will be fixed, but we have reported this issue several times. In the meantime, this issue can easily be avoided:

The best way to not get stuck on floors in the tower is by turning your afk OFF between floors. So, you kill all the mobs or the boss, you turn your AFK OFF, move to the next floor. When you get to the next floor, toggle your AFK back on. This will prevent you from getting stuck in the future.

I got The same Problem, i got bug when i'm used my avatar(knight's skill lv.140)and another skill on same time when i close the reward, and then nothing happened

Hm', I'm going to assume "mats" refers to maturity as the abbreviation for the Magic Key isn't close. The Magic Tower's maturity acts like progress for that orb, of which you need both the same colored orbs as well as magic essences to upgrade. So you will not be able to upgrade said orb if you do not have the necessary orbs and essences.

you can get glitched if you are channeling a skill or you killed the mobs while in loading screen with procs
