lag problems

its been after merge lag is a big problem to me.... many maintenance have come but lag is not fix.. i cant say its my internet connection bec other application is good and fast. i think we ned more L? a vendor registation board? ( to much vendors at sg L1) clearing server memory by deleting chars that's 6 month old did not open or play... i hope administration would figure it out this upcoming maintenance... thanks
