Major Problem. Please Help Me. :'(

I have three characters in this game. When my first character reached level 12 and entered a portal like the one leading to Starglade, it gives me a hard time entering the place behind that portal. The data rate decreases gradually until it reaches 0 Kb/s. The progress bar stops at 89%. Same thing happens with my two other characters when they reached level 13. I don't think that it's a connection problem since my internet is still working properly.Please. I really need your help.
