I just want to ask why was my account banned??? My Lvl 26 Mage named "ArcaniS" at server S54 Starford Fortress. While i was cultivating at the altar, suddenly my screen went black and my page "refreshed". When I was about to log back again, a message said" your account was banned" Why is this so?? Did I do something wrong??? Pls resolve this matter as I was trying to level up my character legally and I'm not doing any thing that could jeopardize my account...
