I guess there's really a problem entering game.

I use mozilla to play cs, but apparently I cant even pass the loading character screen. it stuck at 0% sometime goes 27% then stop. hmm, i tried chrome, didnt work also.. I've tried all possible solution to fix this, but none have work recently.
