Riverie is there anyway i can get a refund i spent almost 500$ on this game and so far its been a complete disappointment i really regret choosing this unstable server. if unable to refund my money can i get sometype of credit for me to use on a different server. Thank you.

can't still log on.... im not happy this became a multi server problem at this rate i wouldn't be able to claim my ladder exp so i gonna ask if R2 can do anything about my lost exp

whatever floor you on when u get dcd the exp you lost from that floor u can still claim it even after reset or whenever the server is back online.. and ofc u know where to claim that exp from the Ladder Npc outside tree life

Corrected, I'm not sure at this point in time, however the team has been notified of which servers are down.

Once you log back in, you should still be able to claim your accumulated exp from the Ladder NPC. I believe it will still be available for claiming until reset.
