how long after you "recharge" your account does it normally take for the crystals to show up in your backpack? i have te confirmation email and the money has been taken out of my bank account but i still dont have the in game $. -thanks

It's almost automatic after the first purchase has cleared the system. But, it also depends on the payment method, as some take longer than others to process.

The first purchase you make on an account can take up to 12 hours to process through the anti-fraud verification system. If it's not your first purchase, and you used paypal or a credit card, file a ticket at http://tickets.r2games.com if you don't see the crystals soon.
