    Payment Problems

    On Saturday, March 16th 2013, My brother bought me 500 crystals and received an email confirming that the payment went through, but from checking my account, the quantity of crystals has stayed the same as previous and I have yet to receive my 500 crystals, I hope to receive help asap.
